Exhibitors General Rules & Regulations) RULE
1. All entries must be in place
by 12:00 PM Wednesday, September 19, 2007 ENTRY
DEADLINE: Entries will close August 31, 2007.
Entries must be postmarked by August 31, 2007.
LATE ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!! RULE
2. ENTRY FEES: An
entry fee of $15 ($5 goes towards Jackpot) per head must accompany each current
entry form. SUBSTITUTIONS
ALLOWED WITHIN THE CLUB AT A $10 FEE PER HEAD!
ENTRY FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE. RULE
3. ENTRY FORMS: must
be completed online. Only
online entries will be accepted. ALL
ENTRIES MUST BE MADE ONLINE All online receipts must be signed and
include complete mailing address and phone number for owner &/or exhibitor.
IN ORDER FOR ENTRIES TO BE COMPLETE TWO THINGS SHOULD BE INCLUDED, 1. CHECK OR
MONEY ORDER, 2. ONLINE RECIEPT (SUMMARY SHEET).

4. Weights must be turned in to the Swine superintendents by 2PM on Wednesday,
September 19th!! RULE
5. OWNERSHIP: Health
papers are required and will be checked. RULE
6. PASSES: Each exhibitor will
be given 1 pass. Exhibitors will be allowed to purchase additional passes.
Each pass will allow 1 person and 1 vehicle through the PASSES
WILL BE MAILED TO TEACHER OR CEA. RULE
7. ARRIVAL & RELEASE:
All entries in the Market Swine Show must be in checked in with the
livestock director by 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 19, 2007.
All exhibits will be released 30 minutes following the conclusion of the
swine show. RULE
8. Weight Minimum 150# Maximum
280#. This will be a breed market
show of gilts and barrows shown together there must be a minimum of
10 animals per breed if not they will show as AOB. RULE
9. Classes will be determained by
weights. You must classify your own
animals breed when weight is turned in, and showring chairman will bump any
animal unfit for that breed to crossbreed. Weigh
back must be within 5% of what is turned in. Premiums
paid 1st – 4th Place additional premiums as follows: **
PAYOFF OF 101 PLUS HEAD Will
pay $500 for Grand Champion and $250 for Reserve Grand Champion.
Each breed champion will also receive additional premium or awards. 51–100
HEAD WILL PAY $250 FOR GRAND & $100 FOR RES. GRAND
50
or less WILL
PAY $150 FOR GRAND & $75 FOR RES. GRAND. SHOWMANSHIP
Showmanship:
base date for determining age is 8-31-07 Junior
Exhibitors - 9 to 12 years Intermediate
Exhibitors – 13 to 16 years Senior
