OPEN GOAT SHOW EXHIBIT RULES

(See Exhibitors General Rules & Regulations)

RULE 1.  All entries must be in place by 11:00AM Wednesday, September 19, 2007

RULE 2.  Dairy breeds may be dehorned or have horns tipped, or have buttons.  Meat breeds may be dehorned or have horns tipped. Goats with abscesses will not be allowed on the grounds, all goats must have Premise ID Tag, see Rule 9. 

RULE 3.  An entry fee of $10.00 per head per class must accompany each entry.

RULE 4.  ENTRIES WILL CLOSE AUGUST 31, 2007. Late entries will not be Accepted.  Summary Sheet 

(Computer Receipt) & payment must be postmarked by August 31, 2007 (not postage meter stamped)

  ENTRY FEES ARE NON- REFUNDABLE.

RULE 5.  Entries will be allowed to leave after the conclusion of the show.

RULE 6.  There must be five (5) animals to constitute a breed.

RULE 7.  Bucks MUST have registration papers.

RULE 8.  A junior doe has not freshened.  A senior doe has freshened.  Age is as of show date.

RULE 9.  ALL goats must have a Premise Ear ID Tag following rules of the Arkansas  

Livestock & Poultry Commission. MUST BE OFFICIAL USDA TAG, AND CAN BE  

ORDERED VIA USDA AT (501)224-9515.

Mail Summary Sheet and payment to:  Four States Fair, 3700 East 50th Street , Texarkana , AR 71854 ,

ATTN.: Goat Show.

RULE 10. PASSES: 1 pass per exhibitor.

RULE 11. SHOW ORDER WILL BE MARKET GOATS AND THEN BREED CLASSES
