DEPARTMENT 8 FOUR STATES FAIR OPEN HORSE SHOW SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 23, 2007 (See
Exhibitors General Rules & Regulations) RULE
1. This show is held under the
direct supervision of the Four States Fair.
Rules & regulations outlined in the American Quarter Horse
Association (AQHA) Handbook 49th edition, Jan. 1, 2002 RULE
3. AGE: Age is based on January 1,
2007. Youth activity classes are
open to any boy or girl not more than 18 years of age.
RULE
4. ENTRY FEES:
Entry fee is $8.00 per class. RULE
6. AQHA rules will prevail with
these two exceptions: a.
Horses used in youth events do not have to be owned by the youth
or immediate family. b.
Show management will be allowed to show. RULE
7. Entries close when class is
called for. There
will be NO REFUNDS for missed classes. RULE
8. AWARDS: Monogrammed
Awards for1st place in Speed, and Performance classes.
Awards to be given in Grand and Reserve in Halter.
Ribbons for 1st through 5th place in all classes.

yrs 12 yrs. 13
yrs. 18 yrs. 19
yrs. & over Buckle
will be awarded in 8 & under for an overall **Gaited
classes will be added and a buckle will be awarded for Hi-Point Gaited. **Gaited
buckle will be on horse/rider combination For
