            Thank you for your interest in the Four States Fair!  We are happy to invite you to

apply for our 64^th Annual Four States Fair and Rodeo, September 12 – 20, 2008.  Our fair is open to the public beginning Friday, September 12^th, at 4:00p.m. – until.  Our hours of operation are daily 4p.m. – until, and Saturdays & Sunday we open at noon.   Prices for our vendor spacing is as follows:

SIT DOWN CONCESSIONS:                        CENTER CONCESSIONS;

            $1,500.00 SPACE                                 $700.00 per space including drinks

            Unlimited number of items                     $  50.00 for each food item

Menu must meet approval and guidelines of the Four States Fair, also vendors must understand and follow all the rules of the Four States Fair Association; anyone not following the rules listed for vendors will not be invited to return to the Four States Fair.

COMMERCIAL VENDORS:

10 x 10 Space with 8ft Backdrop drape and 3ft. sidewalls –

$300.00 Advertising

$350.00 Direct Sales

OUTSIDE COMMERCIAL VENDORS:

Space is sold per front footage around fairgrounds.

$20.00 per front footage for Advertising (including electrical)

$35.00 per front footage for Direct Sales
