Lisa has been with the Fair for over 18 years. She works all year on renting the various facilities, scheduling events, but her main focus is the Annual Four States Fair. Lisa is the staff person that oversees all of the activities that take place during the fair. The remainder of the year she assist in running the facilities day to day operations.

Born in AL, but raised in AR/TX. She loves the outdoors, hunting & fishing and camping. She can not only bait her own hook, but clean and cook the fish as well. She credits her mom for teaching her respect and manners, and her grandmother for patience.

Dana is from Genoa, AR. Upon completing high school at Genoa Central High School, she enrolled at Southern Arkansas University, where she graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Education. In the Fall of 2014, she began teaching at Genoa Central High School. Growing in her career, she decided to be more involved with her community and knew God was opening a new door of opportunities for her with Four States Fairgrounds.

She has been with the ALC since July 2007. A member of the Dairy Farmers of America since 1998. Mrs. McNatt and her husband operate McNatt Dairy in Texarkana, AR. Her experience as a dairyman has played a vital role in the educational programs in the ALC.

Brian started with the fair on staff during 2007, but has been working for the rodeo part of the fair since we were located at the original Texas side grounds. Brian is the one responsible for overseeing the set up and tear down of our events!

Shirley Abbit, Joseph Donaldson, Paul Garner II, Herbert "Blue" Jones, T J Thomas, and Don'Ta West, These guys are the crew that greets you when you are setting up, and makes certain that you are taken care of during your events.
