Will children be there and what do they like to eat. 10. Do you need to rent any tables, chairs, tents etc. 11. Check to see if your caterer is licensed, insured and do they have a health permit! 12. Check for availability. Four States Fair CateringWe can cater a menu to your budget. You chose the location and we will bring the food to you. The hours of service can range from 4 hours to 8 depending on the event and your needs. We will cater to parties of 40 plus guests. All our preparation is focused on your special theme. We will provide you with our concept of fresh and exciting hospitality consistently. Our impeccable service is created to provide innovative cuisine and the perfect menu every time. Our Southwestern old-fashioned menus (hot or cold) are provided to please even the most discriminating palate. We can provide a children’s menu upon request.
