By submitting an application to participate in Candy Cane Corral, vendors acknowledge and agree to comply with all event rules, regulations, and deadlines established by the event organizers. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance, as vendor selections are based on event needs, product variety, and available space. Accepted vendors are responsible for providing their own booth setup, displays, and any required permits or licenses. Vendors are expected to maintain a professional, family-friendly environment and operate throughout the designated event hours. Booth Rentals must be paid on or before October 30th. Each vendor will receive two vendor passes with their booth purchase. Any additional passes must be purchased through the front office of the Four States Fairgrounds.
